The room was airy and new-fashioned in general, with a lovely style. Essentials that you need, such as an in-room safe, tea making facilities, and soft sheets, were there. The location was good, close to The Dark.

Superb base for discovering Chiang Mai with polite and courteous staff to that member of staff.

Greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. We had a good breakfast with non-existent WiFi not included in our rate so ca n't comment on the food. The room of place was neat with proper shower. The location was unbeatable, just next door to Wat Phra That Doi Noi.

The breakfast at Wangburapa Grand was delicious and had a great variety of options. The staff in the breakfast area were always friendly and attentive. I also appreciated the spacious room and the comfortable beds. I would recommend this hotel for its tasty breakfast and comfortable accommodations.

That's a great hotel with very nice room. It's very clean, the personnel is friendly and willing to help. The location is great: quiet but very near to all the places you want to go. I recommend this hotel to all my friends travelling there from now onwards.

The room was worth the money.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with any request we had. The room was spacious and clean, with daily thorough cleaning that made us feel comfortable and refreshed. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the lively night market, delicious restaurants, and bustling city center, allowing us to easily explore everything Chiang Mai had to offer.

The breakfast at the hotel wasn't up to par. We only had it once when we had an early morning tour, but for the rest of our stay, we opted to have breakfast elsewhere.

Good value accommodation! Rooms nice & clean, beds perhaps a little hard - think they just need wearing in seeing as the hotel is quite new! Good location, 10 mins walk to night market. Lady at the tour desk very helpful with some good deals!

No real complaints except pool had some dodgy stuff floating around it one day :s

Loved that the hotel was amazing and had pleasant staff to that member of staff. I ate at a good restaurant for breakfast. The food for breakfast was cheap, tea, toast, fruit and eggs. The location was great - ease of access to Chiang Mai Gate. A bazaar and a local market were right next door. Everything was great, no complaints, I would recommend it.

The place was nice and quiet little, we enjoyed it.

This hotel was nicely decorated in every respect, had very, very nice staff on check-out. Had marvellous location in a great area of Chiang Mai, next to The Dark.

Exceptionally good and terrific units with a really great bathroom, comfortable bed, as example, and the staff were kind. The location was great and stunning, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a regal cultural museum.
